  • Site Survey

    This is an analysis of the characteristics of a site. It will identify the positive features and problems areas that can be addressed and/or enhanced in the design.

  • Conceptual

    This is when we put pen to paper to develop the initial ideas for the project. We provide guidance when it comes to selecting materials that complement your needs & budget

  • Construction Documents

    During this stage, we develop documents including plans, sections, schedules, construction details, quantities, and specifications to be priced and built.
