Job Title: Account Manager
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will have a specific book of work and is Skyview’s representative to each client. This is a high-level position and part of Skyview’s leadership team.
Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and potential clients, as well as provide timely and effective assistance to clients for any potential and existing problems
Visit job sites regularly to assess the quality of work
As a vital team member, Account Managers are responsible for coordinating and maintaining crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial and residential maintenance properties including enhancement work sales
Present site improvement and solution ideas to clients
Lead and successfully manage crews to ensure all properties are efficiently serviced and held to company standards
Train and coach crews to perform efficiently with the best possible results
Grow and develop team
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Qualifications:
At least (1) one year experience in a supervisor role;
Thorough knowledge of industry basics, such as but not exclusively, landscape maintenance and landsHealth and retirement benefits. cape installation;
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Strong conflict resolution and critical-thinking skills;
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
